Yes well. Last week and a half of school for the year, just finishing up block exams in the next two days. Been busy and stressed for a month or so, but almost there, so yay!
Ummmm, been doing a lot of personal writing lately (i really shouldnt have been) Because i seem to get drive and inspiration to write when there is much more important stuff to do. But the story I'm working on currently is going very well I'm about twenty four pages in or something, and I'm quite pleased with the progress.
This current story is a medieval fantasy set in kind of Celtic based areas for the most part. It has three main sentient species, the Humans, the Ogres, and the Byrds (Yes, real original). The main character is a young Human girl called Aoife. Looks pretty, dunnit? It's actually pronounced Ee-Fa, weirdly enough. Oh well.
So she's the protagonist, the next most important character is a half-ogre called Garron Lorcan. The story follows them basically. They have this love hate relationship which is amusing, easy, fun and hard to write all at once. The next couple of relatively important characters are Khristofer (a Byrd boy, wings and all) who is really idiosyncratic, and lots of fun, and Pandra Ardra, Lorcan's ogre cousin. She's lots of fun as well. In case you hadn't noticed, Ogres have double names. And for those who don't know names, the names I'm using for the Humans and Ogres are Celtic, while I'm using names from more around the Scandinavian area for the Byrds.

So yeah. Having fun with that. Felt like a rant, and thought there might be some of you interested in what I'm up to. Talk to you soon hopefully, and I'll try to get some art up
